Keitha Y Pansy

Keitha Y Pansy, CPA, MBA, serves as Chief of Staff for the Worldwide Commercial Solution Areas CTO and the Industry Solutions CTO at Microsoft since November 2021. Concurrently, Keitha works as a Senior Advisor in Investor Relations at Hypatia Capital. Previous roles include Managing Director at Women of the World Endowment and Venture Capital Fellow at Vencapital. Prior experience at BlackRock spans over a decade in various senior roles, including Director of Chief of Staff & Business Manager and Director of New Product Development. Earlier career positions include Senior Manager at The Siegfried Group, Associate roles at JPMorgan Private Bank and JPMorgan Chase, as well as Experienced Senior Auditor positions at PwC and Arthur Andersen. Keitha holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BBA in Accounting from Howard University.
