Matthew Boyd

Matthew Boyd has extensive experience in customer relationship management and sales, currently serving as the Head of CRM at Hype & Dexter, which was recognized as the APAC HubSpot Partner of the Year in April 2019. In this role, Matthew also functions as a CRM Consultant and Business Analyst, as well as a Conversion Specialist. Prior experience includes inside sales and support consulting at GrabOne from January 2015 to April 2019, where efforts focused on customer assistance. Additionally, Matthew has worked as a bartender at We Love Food and The Bridgehouse between January 2013 and December 2014, providing casual service for events and after-school shifts. Matthew graduated from Mahurangi College in 2014, earning a high school diploma.
