Davor Šibenik

Davor Šibenik has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Davor started their career as an intern at Bellabeat, where they developed a heartbeat visualization module for an android application and wrote automated tests. Davor then worked as a member of the technical analysis team at Financijski Klub, where they wrote stock market analyses, evaluated stock value and trends using technical analysis, and developed an automated high-frequency trading bot.

After that, Davor interned at Vestigo, where they helped businesses make data-driven decisions by visualizing data using d3.js and created dynamic, interactive dashboards. Davor also interned at the HANFA - Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, where they gained experience in the insurance department.

In 2017, Davor worked as an intern in the IT Risk and Assurance and Performance Improvement departments at EY, where they were involved in a large-scale software implementation project.

In 2017, they joined bonsai.tech as a Solutions Specialist, participating in various activities from product development to sales. Davor was responsible for tasks such as product brainstorming, making pitches and proposals, building presentation decks, market research, and small development projects.

In 2019, Davor took on the role of BPA Lead at bonsai.tech, where they led and managed a team of 5 people. Davor utilized technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Intelligence (BI), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help clients reduce operating costs.

Since 2021, they have been serving as a Business Operations Manager at bonsai.tech, where they coordinate various departments to meet their end goals. Their responsibilities include driving initiatives, streamlining internal processes, hiring people, negotiating projects and contracts, defining budget, and serving in an advisory role for various projects.

Additionally, Davor is also a co-founder of Hypefy since 2022. Overall, they have gained experience in diverse roles, including business operations, process automation, solutions specialist, internships, and co-founder positions.

Davor Šibenik earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Zagreb/Sveučilište u Zagrebu in 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Financial and Business Mathematics at the same university, which they completed in 2017.
