Ash Rama

Ash Rama currently serves as the VP People at hyperexponential and is the Founder & Coach of Ash Rama Coaching, roles held since May 2024 and January 2024, respectively. Previously, Ash Rama was the VP People at Mention Me from November 2021 to May 2024 and held various leadership positions at Trustpilot, including Global Head of Talent and Director of Global Talent Development, from April 2015 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes roles at ReachLocal as a UK Sales Trainer and Internet Marketing Consultant, along with a Business Development Manager position at Aerotek and a Relationship Manager role at Imagine Homes. Ash Rama completed education at Oxford Brookes University from 2002 to 2005.
