James Lubbock has over 17 years of work experience in the customer success and account management fields. James started their career in 2004 as an Account Manager/Head of Multimedia at Signals Ltd, where they managed a team of developers and was responsible for all new media accounts and resulting projects. In 2007, they moved to SixandCo as an Account Manager, then to Start Creative as a Senior Account Manager in 2008. In 2009, James joined Nudge Social Media as a Senior Account Manager, where they ran an expanded client base and recruited and helped to build a fully fledged Client Services team. In 2010, they were the Director of Client Services at Syncapse, followed by Account Director at We Are Social in 2012. In 2014, James moved to Socialbakers as a Strategic Client Director for the UK & Ireland, then to Khoros as a Director of Customer Success, Team Lead of Customer Success, and Customer Success Director from 2017-2022. Most recently, they were the Customer Success Lead at hyperexponential from 2022 to present.
James Lubbock has a BA (Hons) in New Media Production from Bournemouth University and attended John Lyons.
