Kincso Fraser has a long and varied work experience. They began their career in 2012 as an Intern at the European Parliament. In 2014, they moved to Aim Recruit as a Recruitment Resourcer. In 2015, they joined Hays as a Vendor Management and Recruitment Consultant. In 2018, they became a Client Manager at the City of London Corporation and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. In 2021, they took on the role of Client Manager at Norton Rose Fulbright and in 2022, they became Talent Operations at Hyperexponential. During their time at Hays Talent Solutions, Kincso Fraser held the roles of Client Manager, Principal Recruitment Business Partner, Senior Recruitment Business Partner, and Recruitment Business Partner. In these roles, they managed stakeholder and supplier relationships, contributed resourcing advice, and worked with clients to build and preserve trusting relationships. They also worked with the specialist recruitment consultants to ensure delivery, advised clients on relevant legislation, and acted as an escalation for all client concerns.

Kincso Fraser obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, PR and Advertising from Babeș-Bolyai University between 2009 and 2012. This degree included Media Planning, Campaign and Interpersonal Communication, and Event Planning, Branding, and Advertising. In 2013, Kincso Fraser completed the LAO Level 2 - Principles of Business and Administration course from the Principles of Business and Administration. Additionally, Kincso Fraser attended the Twin Towers language school in London in 2013.
