Jackie Schneekluth, SPHR

Jackie Schneekluth, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2012, they worked at Sonic Boom Wellness as a Talent Development Coordinator and later advanced to the position of Operations Manager. In 2015, they joined CrossFit, Inc., where they held multiple roles including Human Resources & Payroll Associate, Human Resources Generalist & Payroll Manager, and Human Resources Business Partner. In 2019, they moved to Dudek as a Human Resources Business Partner before transitioning to SeaSpine in 2020 as a Manager of Human Resources Operations. That same year, they also joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Director of Human Resources, specifically for the Mesa Biotech division. Currently, they are working at Hyperfine as the Director of People, and is expected to be promoted to the role of Senior Director soon.

Jackie Schneekluth, SPHR has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University San Marcos. Jackie also holds professional certificates in Project Management and Human Resources Management from the same university. Jackie has additional certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute and as a Korn Ferry Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry. Jackie obtained their SPHR certification in September 2019 and their Korn Ferry Leadership Architect certification in May 2015.
