Ernest R. Nisperos

Ernest R. Nisperos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various roles. Current positions include Senior Advisory Product Owner at Hypergiant since June 2023, Co-Founder and CEO of the Ukraine NGO Coordination Network since February 2022, and Founder/CEO of both Aces n' eights LLC and Heart of an Ace Inc since August 2021. Previously, Ernest served as Director of Operations for the 330th Combat Training Squadron and Evaluator Air Battle Manager for the E-8C JSTARS, with 15 years of experience in multiple mission-critical roles. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Arts in Operational Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College, among other qualifications.
