Marvin L. LeBlanc is the current Vice President of Flight Operations at Hypergiant. Marvin has over 25 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry.

LeBlanc began their career as a systems engineer for ARES Corporation, a leading provider of engineering, technical, and programmatic services to government and commercial customers worldwide. Marvin quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Vice President and General Manager within two years.

In 2015, LeBlanc left ARES to join Ginn Consulting as Executive Director. Ginn Consulting is a woman-owned small business that provides management consulting services to government and commercial clients.

In 2017, LeBlanc joined ManTech as Director of Houston Operations. ManTech is a global leader in innovative technologies supporting the mission-critical needs of the intelligence community, Department of Defense, and federal civilian agencies.

In 2019, LeBlanc joined Hypergiant as Vice President of Flight Operations. Hypergiant is an AI industrial complex for leading global enterprises and governments. LeBlanc has helped major institutions innovate with breakthrough machine intelligence-driven technology.

Marvin L. LeBlanc holds a Master of Science in Physical Sciences from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Marvin is also certified by NASA as a NASA Information Systems Security Officer, by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional, and by the National Association of Underwater Instructors as a NAUI Scuba Diver. Additionally, they are licensed by the Texas Board of Registration for Professional Engineers as a Licensed Professional Engineer and by the United States Federal Communications Commission as an Amateur Radio Operator (Extra Class AD5N).
