Shawn Taylor's work experience begins in 1993 as a Marketing Associate at Associated Energy Systems. From 1998 to 2002, they held supervisor roles at Nextel Communications in proactive & reactive retention and activation sales coordination. From 2002 to 2013 at Sprint, Shawn served as a Customer Experience Manager and People Leader, before transitioning to an Implementation Project Manager II role until 2020. In 2020, they joined T-Mobile as an Implementation Project Manager II until August of the same year. Currently, Shawn works at Hyperion Partners, where they started in November 2020 as a Strategic Customer Experience Manager and later became the Director of Client Success.
