Michelle Marovich possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition, holding senior leadership roles in various technology companies. As Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Hyperscience and Illumio, along with previous positions as Director of Talent Acquisition at Verkada and OKTA, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in building effective recruiting strategies. Additionally, at Mozilla, roles included Senior Manager of Recruiting, Recruiting Programs Lead, and Lead Recruiter. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Communication from the University of Nevada, Reno, earned between 1997 and 1999.
