Esther Calton began their professional career in 2006 as a Lifeguard at Carolina Country Club & YMCA. In 2010, they became a Strategic Tutor at Clemson University, followed by a role as a Esther'spanic Case Manager at the Center for Community Services in 2011. Esther then worked as a Semester Missionary at the North American Mission Board in 2013 before becoming an Assistant Teacher at Building Educated Leaders for Life in 2012. In 2014, Esther Calton joined Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services, Inc. as a Customs Compliance Analyst. Finally, in 2016, Esther joined HYPERSIGN as an Executive Assistant and was rapidly promoted through a series of positions based on their strong organizational and collaborative skills. Currently, Esther is managing an average of 20 projects at once, communicating progress between 4 internal teams and the customer. Esther has also reduced project costs and increased gross profit margins through analyzing data and adjusting procedures.
Esther Calton, DSCE, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Language and International Trade with a minor in Business Administration from Clemson University in 2012. In 2011, they also completed a study abroad program at Universidad Blas Pascal. Esther then went on to obtain their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Intercultural Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2014.
