Allison Gillam

Allison Gillam has over 10 years of work experience in various roles related to payroll, benefits, HRIS, and human resources. Allison started their career in 2010 as a Quality Assurance Analyst at BackCheck and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined the Hypertec Group as the Director of Human Resources and later transitioned to the role of Director - Payroll, Benefits, HRIS in November 2020. Allison continues to work in this position currently.

Allison Gillam obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from McGill University between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they completed their DEC in Social Sciences at Champlain Regional College from 2002 to 2004.
