Nabila Ihaddadene

Nabila Ihaddadene has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as Manager Billing chez Hypertec Groupe, which they began in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Chubb Fire & Security Canada as a Superviseur opérations from February 2020 to July 2023, and as a responsable du support aux ventes et operations from August 2019 to February 2020. Before their time at Chubb, they worked at Chubb Edwards from February 2014 to August 2019, where they held a role in support of sales and operations. Further back in their experience, they worked at hotel Villa Sorel as a receptioniste et agent en recherche Marketing from October 2011 to September 2013, where they were responsible for managing reservations, providing customer service, and performing reception duties. Nabila also worked at GTE SOL as an agent marketing et representante commerciale in 2009-2010. In this role, they provided marketing advice, coordinated communication strategies, and sold cleaning products.

From 2010 to 2013, Nabila Ihaddadene attended ISEM université de Montpellier 1 in France. During this time, they pursued a Master's degree in marketing and sales, with a focus on gestion de la relation client (customer relationship management).
