Pascal Favron has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Pascal started their career in 2000 as a Freelance Flame artist, providing services for Autodesk Flame. Pascal also worked as a QA Analyst at Autodesk for 12 years, involving quality assurance evaluation and software defect analysis. During this time, they also took on the role of a Demo Artist and Trainer for Flame and Inferno, developing content and conducting training for customers.

In 2007, Pascal joined Vertigo vert as a Solar Designer/Technician, evaluating energy needs, troubleshooting solar photovoltaic systems, and generating proposals. Pascal later worked at Technicolor as a Freelance Flame artist in 2008.

Pascal has also held positions at Scalar Decisions and 3vis as a Product Specialist - Creative Finishing, providing technical services, training, and support for creative finishing products. Pascal joined Autodesk Media & Entertainment in 2013 as a QA Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Solutions Architect and Technical Sales Specialist at Hypertec Group in 2019.

Throughout their career, Pascal has demonstrated expertise in system integration, production pipeline, and technical support for various software and hardware products.

Pascal Favron has a strong background in solar energy technology and has pursued education and certifications in this field. In 2008, they completed a Solar Electric Design and Installation course at Solar Energy International (SEI) to enhance their knowledge and skills in this area. The following year, in 2009, they took an Advanced PV System Design and the NEC course also at SEI, further refining their expertise in solar energy technology.

In addition to their educational pursuits, Pascal has obtained various certifications related to renewable energy systems. In 2007, they acquired a certification in wind turbine siting & installation from True North Power NG. This was followed by certifications in Veissmann Solar Hot Water systems from Veissmann Academy in 2008 and Xantrex XW Off-Grid Systems and GT Grid Tie systems from Schneider Electric in 2009.

Moreover, Pascal diversifies their knowledge outside of renewable energy systems. In September 2016, they obtained the AWS Business Professional certification from Amazon Web Services.
