Carolyn Stone's work experience includes various roles in talent acquisition, recruitment, and sales management. Carolyn started their career in 1998 as a Technical Service Representative at Samuel Cabot, Inc. Carolyn then moved into an Inside Sales Team Lead role and later became a Field Sales Representative, achieving significant growth in territory and improving distributor relationships.

Stone then joined Wilderness Log Homes as a Sales Manager for the Northeast region, where they led new business development, dealer recruitment and training, and buyer lead generation. Carolyn further gained experience as a Sales Manager at Real Log Homes, Inc, where they developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies for the Eastern Territory.

In 2008, Stone joined Dartmouth-Hitchcock as a Recruitment Specialist, specializing in various areas such as Information Technology/Information Systems, Health Information Systems, and Clinical Trials. Carolyn handled both high-volume and hard-to-fill recruitment assignments.

Stone's most recent experience is with Hypertherm Associates, where they started as a Corporate Recruiter in 2012 and then progressed to the role of Sr. Corporate Recruiter. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Global Talent Acquisition & People Operations. Hypertherm Associates is a global industrial cutting solutions manufacturer with a strong commitment to employee ownership, sustainability, and community stewardship.

In addition to their corporate experience, Stone also owns a consulting firm called Stonefield Talent Advisors, LLC, where they serve as the Principal Consultant.

In addition, they obtained various certifications related to mental health, project management, diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, talent acquisition, and strategic decision-making.
