Shridhar Karale

Shridhar Karale has a strong work experience in various leadership roles. Shridhar is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Hypertherm since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor at Thinksharp Foundation starting from October 2019. Before joining Thinksharp Foundation, Shridhar worked at BD for a significant duration. Shridhar held several roles at BD, including Vice President - Business Process Excellence from November 2017 to September 2019, Vice President IT - Strategy, Architecture & Innovation from November 2016 to November 2017, Vice President IT - Global Automation from February 2016 to November 2016, and various roles in Business, Functions, and Regions from September 2001 to January 2016.

Shridhar Karale attended the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2018, where they completed the Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence: Implications of Business. In 1990-1991, they also studied at the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, earning an M.S. in Industrial Engineering. In 2016, they obtained a certification from Deloitte's Next Generation CIO Academy.
