Geoffrey Wilson

Geoffrey Wilson has a substantial work experience spanning over several years. Geoffrey began their career in the Canadian Armed Forces as an Aerospace Engineering Officer and served from 1982 to 1995. After that, they joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and held various managerial positions until 2017. At FCA, they led the Brakes/Wheels/Tires department and later the Body/Exterior department. In 2017, they transitioned to Kohler Co., where they served as Director of Supplier Quality & Development for the Kitchen & Bath Group. Later, they became the Supplier Quality Leadership for the same company until 2020. Recently, in 2021, they started working as the Director of Business Team Quality at Hypertherm.

Geoffrey Wilson holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (M.Eng.) from the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada, which they obtained from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng.) at the same institution from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Geoffrey has also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020, and they are scheduled to complete a Mini-MBA for Engineers and Technical Managers from Rutgers in 2023.
