Sean Healey

Sean Healey has extensive work experience in operations and manufacturing. Sean most recently served as the Senior Director of Corporate Operations at Hypertherm. Prior to this role, they had a long tenure at W. L. Gore & Associates, where they held various positions including Director of Commercial Manufacturing for the Medical Products Division, Plant Manager, Operations Leader, Industrial Products Divisional OPEX Leader, and Manufacturing Leader. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on operational excellence, leadership development, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

Sean Healey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University in 2001. Sean is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Norwich University, with an expected completion in 2023.
