Josh Willen

Josh Willen is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant operations and development. Currently serving as Corporate Senior Director of Restaurant Operations and Development at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since June 2016, Willen has progressed through ranks, beginning as Corporate Manager and then Corporate Director within the same company. Prior to this role, Willen held the position of Director of Hospitality at The Stronach Group Racing and Gaming and was General Manager at the esteemed Azul restaurant within the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Earlier career highlights include serving as Managing Partner at Darden and General Manager at Passion Food Hospitality, along with a role as Service Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group. Willen holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University and previously attended Florida State University.
