Shridhar Karale

Shridhar Karale is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and business leadership. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Hypertherm since January 2020, Shridhar also provides strategic guidance as an Advisor to Thinksharp Foundation, which focuses on enhancing rural education in India through digital learning tools. Prior to these roles, Shridhar spent 18 years at BD, holding various executive positions, including Vice President of Business Process Excellence, Vice President of IT Strategy, Architecture & Innovation, and Vice President of IT Global Automation. Shridhar holds an Executive Program degree in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai.
