Gratiana Pol, Ph.D., is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of Hyperthesis, LLC, a software platform funded by NIH and NSF that simplifies research findings in behavioral and health sciences using AI. Gratiana also works as an ad hoc reviewer for NIH grants and as a SBIR grant strategist & writer for SCIENCEDOCS INC. With a background in data science, market research, and academia, Gratiana has a strong foundation in marketing and consumer psychology.
