Neeraj Mehra is the current advisor at Hypha Knowledge Integration. Neeraj has also worked with Vantage Branding from August 2019 to June 2021 where they were the Market & Consumer Intelligence Director. Prior to that, they were self-employed.
From February 2010 to April 2018, Neeraj Mehra worked as the Director, Business Intelligence, McCann Health Network. In this global role, they worked alongside Global Marketing and c-suite to shape knowledge goals, aid new business and drive a culture of knowledge to bring together the organisation’s combined experience assets and resources to impact growth.
Some of Neeraj Mehra’s accomplishments include being the architect of McCann Health’s global knowledge platform, named ‘molecule’, that houses a deep case history & creative achieve, thought leadership, competitor intelligence, comprehensive global new business reporting mechanism, all employee-experience portal and paid resources, as the first point of all-staff reference. Neeraj also created the organisation New Business tracking mechanism to harness all client prospect analytics that empowers leadership to shape new business strategy.
In addition, Neeraj Mehra was a key partner in the Global Marketing unit, as the central research & intelligence mainstay for growth initiatives; Managing organisation digital assets & content; Corporate communications and awards guidance. Furthermore, they built and directed a global ‘Knowledge–Ambassadors’ network, to impact all new business & research support, showcasing organisation IP & drive a company weekly newsletter. Lastly, they were responsible for training & onboarding country teams
