Gil Silva

Gil Silva is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, training, and performance management. Currently serving as Recruitment & Training Lead and Human Resources Manager at Tangível and Hyphen Digital Experience, Gil has successfully implemented strategic processes, including performance evaluations and career development plans, while maintaining effective communication with management for continuous improvement. Previously, Gil held roles as HR Business Partner, coordinating logistics for external training and managing certification processes. Early career experiences include HR Assistant at Internacional Tabacos and Operations Coordinator at Cultural Association - Os Filhos de Lumiére. Gil holds a Post Graduation in Project Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and a degree in Human Resources from the University of Lisbon.
