Sean Montgomery

Sean Montgomery has extensive work experience in learning and development, with roles in various companies. Sean currently serves as the Head of Learning & Development at MoneyHero Group, where they lead a team in providing tailored solutions to support the organization's growth and profitability. Prior to this, Sean worked as the Learning & Development APAC Lead at Mitsubishi Corporation, where they planned and led virtual training and e-learning programs for over 11,000 staff members. Sean also worked at Mizuho Financial Group as a Global Soft Skills Program Designer & Facilitator, where they designed and facilitated training programs and improved communication and management capabilities. Sean also has experience in international programs and communications, having worked at the Shikokuchuo Municipal Government. Sean began their career at AMIC International as a Chief Editor and EFL Instructor, and later worked as an English Instructor at Nichibei Gakuin. Sean's skills also include web design, as they worked as a Web Designer at Carleton College.

Sean Montgomery earned a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Carleton College from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they obtained several certifications including a Full Stack Certification from Hackwagon Academy in 2019, a Cultural Ambassador certification from Hofstede Insights in 2016, and a Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 certification from JEES - Japan Educational Exchanges and Services in 2014.
