Vanessa Lea has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Vanessa is currently working at MoneyHero Group as the Product | Regional Insight & Innovation Lead, where they focus on optimizing core application journeys for financial products and overseeing tech platform transitions. Vanessa also served as the Interim Head of Product for Singapore, leading a multi-disciplinary team during a period of transformational change. Prior to that, Vanessa worked at 11:FS as the Senior Customer Research & Strategy Lead, where they humanized digital propositions in the financial services sector. Vanessa has also held roles at Thinktank International Research as a Senior Research Manager, conducting qualitative research for clients in different industries, and at The Leading Edge, where they worked on brand strategy projects for global clients. Additionally, Vanessa's work experience includes co-founding a project at I am Achuar, Kapawi Ecolodge & Reserve and serving as a Campaign Team Leader at Membership Engagement Services.

Vanessa Lea has a background in Anthropology, specifically Social Anthropology, from the University of Cambridge. In 2019, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Psychology from BPP University, which they completed in 2020.
