Andrew Elash

Andrew Elash currently serves as the Manager of UX/UI & Brand Design at Hyphen, focusing on enhancing digital product interfaces and storytelling assets since April 2023. Prior to this, Andrew held multiple roles at SMC Partners, LLC, including Lead Designer and UX Designer, where responsibilities encompassed managing UX/UI processes and ensuring brand visual standards were integrated into product designs. Andrew's earlier experience includes a senior consulting position in the healthcare sector, as well as roles in legislative support with the Connecticut State Senate Democrats and Sullivan & LeShane, Inc. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
