Jaime Mendes

Jaime Mendes is a Senior Software Engineer at Hypixel Studios since March 2022, specializing in Java-based API design, infrastructure as code implementation, zero trust policy application, and server migrations to AWS, while leading a team to enhance development productivity through CI/CD practices. Prior to this, Jaime held multiple roles at Talkdesk from September 2018 to March 2022, where contributions included developing a custom OpenID Identity provider, designing an API Gateway, and implementing user delegation flows. Jaime's experience also includes a senior software engineering role at Mindera, technical coordination at Bullet Solutions, and software engineering positions at Critical Manufacturing and other companies, with a strong foundation in web applications, client-server architectures, and various programming technologies. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão de Felgueiras, obtained between 2009 and 2014.
