Overview 

Hypori is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to join our growing team! Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee all Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and operations with a data-driven approach, including revenue forecasting, team planning, customer growth/retention, and operational efficiencies. Someone suited for this role will have an understanding of and experience in leading and managing the full end-to-end journey of our customers (marketing, sales, and customer success). Collaborating with other leaders, you will define the strategy and success metrics of the marketing, sales, and customer success organizations and drive execution across the GTM organization. You are a leader who has experienced hyper-growth within a startup, understands the associated challenges, and has worked closely with finance to drive overall company success.  

What You'll Do:  

  • Lead and manage operations for multiple teams across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. 
  • Define productivity metrics to ensure our teams meet their performance targets, analyze what’s working and what’s not, and develop solutions and action plans for success. 
  • Define and enhance current processes and systems. 
  • Measure, analyze, report, and recommend improvements in GTM effectiveness and enablement. 
  • Lead headcount planning and team configurations to develop optimal revenue and staffing plans. 
  • Manage capacity planning aligned with financial and ARR goals. 
  • Manage revenue and pipeline planning and forecasting. 

Qualifications:  

  • 8-10 years of successful revenue operations and GTM experience, ideally at a high-growth SaaS startup. 
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams and individuals in revenue and sales operations.  
  • Proven track record of building a successful revenue operations strategy.  
  • Experience implementing and scaling territory and segmentation frameworks.  
  • Proficiency in managing complex data sets and problems in Excel.  
  • Experience analyzing marketing, sales, and customer data.  
  • Comfortable working closely and building relationships with C-level executives.  
  • Expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and other tools necessary for a successful GTM tech stack.
