The board of directors at Hypothes.is has a rich history, with members coming from a variety of different backgrounds and industries. The current managing director is a founder at HF.Capital, and previous board members have included a lecturer at University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, an advisory board member for the Latin American Program at Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, and a lecturer at Stanford University. The board also boasts members with diverse educational backgrounds, including a degree in computer science from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a degree in theology from Loyola University Chicago.
