Shawn Westerman

Shawn Westerman is an accomplished Senior Project Manager at Hypower since March 2024, providing oversight and leadership to construction teams in the northeast US. With extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, Shawn served as Director of Construction and Project Manager at Precision Solar Renewables from August 2015 to March 2024. Previous roles include Superintendent at HyPower Inc., Electrical Install Technician and Superintendent at AP Electric, and Foreman at R. Hudson & Sons, LLC. Shawn has over 70 megawatts of solar installation experience and possesses hands-on expertise in various construction processes, including tracker assembly, panel installation, and DC commissioning. Educational background includes Patapsco High School & Center for the Arts and Harford Community College.
