Robert Redgwell

Robert Redgwell is an accomplished Principal Engineer with extensive experience in software development and delivery, currently holding positions at PlatformEngineering and HYPR NZ since November 2022. Their previous roles include Principal Engineer at ClearPoint and Serko Ltd., and Software Delivery Manager at nib New Zealand, where Robert promoted agile methodologies and streamlined software delivery processes. With a strong background in contract software engineering at companies such as Mott MacDonald, TOWER Limited, and Air New Zealand, Robert has contributed to various projects involving architecture planning, integration platforms, and frontend development.
