Bekzod Yunusov

Bekzod Yunusov has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Bekzod started their career in 2011 as an Office Associate at A & A PAPER CORP, where they worked until 2016. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Carpenter and Supervisor at Azim & Beke Inc. In 2016, they interned at Grant Thornton LLP, where they gained experience in general administrative tasks and troubleshooting client devices. Bekzod also worked as a Professional Driver at Uber from 2016 to 2021. In 2020, they participated in a 16-week Information Technology Trainee program at NPower (nonprofit), focusing on CompTia's ITF+ & A+ certifications. In 2021, Bekzod joined WCA Technologies, Inc. as a Service Dispatcher, managing over 250 tickets weekly, supporting users with Level 1 problems, and gaining skills in various technical areas. Currently, they are a L2 Technical Support Engineer at HYPR | The Passwordless Company™.

Bekzod Yunusov completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General at Baruch College from 2015 to 2021. Prior to attending Baruch College, they briefly attended Brooklyn College in 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Bekzod obtained the Google IT Support Specialization certificate from Coursera Course Certificates in November 2020. Bekzod also earned the CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ certification from CompTIA in October 2020 and the CompTIA A+ certification in February 2021. More recently, Bekzod obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2022.
