Isaac Hartford is a seasoned Software Test Developer with extensive experience across multiple companies, currently working at HYPR as a leader in heuristic-based optimization for Kubernetes performance metrics and disaster recovery testing. Prior to HYPR, Isaac served as a Retail Quant Trader, developing backend systems and creating quantitative trading strategies using C++ and Perl. Isaac's earlier role at NuoDB involved building performance testing frameworks and enhancing release engineering through automation, alongside mentoring newer team members and contributing to various engineering internships that focused on performance engineering and benchmarking automation.
