Renata Aguilar

Renata Aguilar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Renata is currently working at HYPR | The Passwordless Company™ as a Senior Technical Program Manager since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Technical Program Manager at the same company from August 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining HYPR, Renata worked as a Client Success Project Manager at CrossKnowledge from October 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Product Innovation Manager at Grability from November 2019 to October 2020.

Renata also worked as an IT Project Manager at Zagalabs from August 2019 to November 2019, where they managed project teams in various industries and applied Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum.

At Grability, Inc., Renata held the role of IT Project Manager from December 2018 to August 2019. During their tenure, they developed company development strategy proposals and negotiated improvements with key stakeholders to enhance business relationships.

Renata's career began at Yuxi Global in 2011, where they worked as a Project Manager for over 5 years. Renata demonstrated expertise in Agile software development, Scrum Framework, and PMI guidelines while also assuming roles such as Business Analyst and Product Owner. Additionally, they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Yuxi Global.

Renata Aguilar completed their high school education at Miami Beach Senior High School from 2003 to 2007. After graduating from high school, they attended Miami Dade College from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a field of study in Political Science and Government.

In addition to their formal education, Renata has obtained several certifications. In February 2013, they completed the "Project Management Fundamentals GK# 2868" program offered by Global Knowledge. Later, in June 2017, they completed the "Leadership Style Program" provided by Dale Carnegie Training. In October 2017, Renata obtained the "Scrum Master Certification" from the International Scrum Institute™, followed by the "Scrum Product Owner" certification in December of the same year.

In November 2019, they achieved the "Gestión de la Innovación y el Emprendimiento Corporativo" certification from 10X Thinking. In February 2020, Renata completed the "Become a Product Manager" course offered by Udemy, and in May 2020, they obtained "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google Digital Garage. Most recently, in May 2021, they achieved the "Hackmakers #WorldInnovationDay Hack 2021: Mentor Certificate" from Hackmakers.
