Oliver Cullis

Oliver Cullis is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product management roles. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Engineering Manager at SonderMind, Oliver manages multiple teams dedicated to billing, API development, and organic growth, overseeing roadmaps and stakeholder communications. As Co-founder, CTO, and CPO of Hyr Medical, Oliver developed a medical staffing platform and transitioned the business model to SaaS. Previously, Oliver held significant roles, including Director of Product at Rethink Ed, where management of cross-functional teams led to the successful launch of integrated solutions, and CTO at Monarch Teaching Technologies, which developed the Vizzle SaaS product for special education. Earlier experience includes positions at Nationwide Insurance and Logix Investments, with a strong foundation in software engineering and product development. Oliver holds an M.A. in Cognitive Linguistics and a B.A. in Computer Science, English, and Medical Anthropology from Case Western Reserve University.
