Melody Liu

Melody Liu has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Melody is currently the Head of Investment and Development at Hysan Development Company Limited since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Investment Manager at Grosvenor Group from October 2018 to December 2022. Before that, they held the role of Development Manager at Swire Properties from 2010 to 2018. Melody also contributed to Sino Group as a Manager (Sales and Surveying) for a brief period in 2010. Melody started their career as an Analyst at APG from March 2008 to January 2009. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Manager (Valuation and Advisory) at Cushman & Wakefield from 2003 to 2008.

Melody Liu holds a PhD in Surveying from The University of Hong Kong.
