Ollie Keiter

Ollie Keiter has over 20 years of experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as the Benefits Manager at Hyster-Yale Group since January 2005, Ollie has also held the positions of Sr. Benefits Administrator and Sr. HR Administrator within the same organization. Prior to this role, Ollie worked at DSM Pharmaceuticals as Manager of Benefits and Manager of Compensation, where responsibilities included managing the benefits process and compensation policies to promote employee retention. Ollie’s career began at Glaxo Wellcome/Burroughs Wellcome as a Sr. HR Administrator from 1993 to 2002. Ollie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Barton College, obtained in 1995.
