Allison Urbas is the Vice President of Human Resources at Hytek Finishes Co. starting in March 2019. Prior to this position, Allison held the role of Director of Human Resources at the same company. Allison has been with Esterline Hytek Finishes since June 2015, initially serving as the Human Resources Manager. Before their tenure at Hytek Finishes, Allison was an Organizational Development Specialist at Esterline Korry from April 2004 to June 2015. Allison graduated from Western Washington University in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management.

Hytek Finishes is the largest independent supplier of specialized metal finishing, plating, anodizing and organic coating services in the Pacific Northwest and one of the largest in North America. For over 60 years, we have partnered with our customers who produce a wide variety of manufactured products for the Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, Recreational and Electronics markets.
