Donald Toy has a strong background in project and program management, with experience in various industries including automotive, telecommunications, and IT. Donald has held roles such as Tech Lead, Technical Lead, Program Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, and Project Manager. Donald has worked for companies such as Hyundai Capital America, AT&T, DIRECTV, Honda North America, and Ingram Micro. Donald is skilled in implementing security compliance solutions and managing IT infrastructure deployment projects. Donald is experienced in both Agile and waterfall SDLC methods and has a deep understanding of business issues and applying appropriate solutions.

Donald Toy completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 1983 to 1986. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine between 1978 and 1982.
