Dave Daywalt

Dave Daywalt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources, project management, and corporate operations. Currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer at Hyundai Capital Canada since January 2025, Daywalt leads HR, Legal, Compliance, Vendor Management, and Enterprise Project Management. Previously held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Hyundai Capital America from January 2022 to December 2024, overseeing various HR and Vendor Management strategies. Daywalt has previously shaped corporate services and HR policies at Hyundai Capital Canada and demonstrated leadership in client implementation and program management at Morneau Shepell and Mercer. With a foundational career at Accenture, Daywalt holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Clarkson University.
