Elizabeth Fernandez is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in legal compliance, account management, operations, and customer service. Currently serving as Manager of Settlement and Legal Compliance at Hyundai Motor America since July 2022, Elizabeth coordinates with various divisions to ensure compliance and accuracy in customer communications and settlements. Previous experience includes a decade at JNR Incorporated, where Elizabeth held multiple roles including Senior Account Manager, Operations Manager, and Client Service Manager, achieving 100% client retention and implementing successful client programs.
