Emilio Batista

Emilio Batista is a Senior Calibration Engineer at Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Center GmbH, specializing in the calibration of electric vehicle (EV) powertrains, including drivability, performance, and energy management since January 2020. Previous experience includes a System Engineer position at MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA, focusing on high-voltage charging systems and powertrain calibration. Emilio also contributed to research on lithium-ion batteries as an Assistant Student at the Institut für nachhaltige Energietechnik und Mobilität, and held roles at Daimler AG and Tuttotrasporti, where skills in electric and hybrid vehicle development were honed. Emilio holds a Master’s Degree in Automotive Systems from Hochschule Esslingen and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from UCS.
