Sophie Wawro

Sophie Wawro is an accomplished leader in the event and tech industries, currently serving as Global President for both Shoptalk and Groceryshop since September 2022. With extensive experience, Sophie previously held roles such as Director of Programming & Experience at The Garden and Event Director at Money20/20 Europe, where significant contributions were made to fintech and consumer engagement events. Sophie's early career included positions as CEO of Downing Enterprise, where entrepreneurial support was provided to the University of Cambridge community, and roles in project management and event production at various organizations. Sophie earned an MA in Classics from the University of Cambridge, further underscoring a foundation of strong academic achievement.
