Claire Corno

Claire Corno has extensive work experience in the defense and aerospace industry. Claire is currently the Senior Vice President of European Operations at Hyzon Motors since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Programmes, Europe at Hyzon Motors from July 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Hyzon Motors, Claire worked at Artec GmbH as the Programme Director for the UK Mechanised Infantry Vehicle Programme from December 2019 to July 2021.

Claire also held various roles at Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles, starting as a Program Manager from October 2015 to July 2017 and then becoming the Vice President and Senior Program Manager for LAND 121 Phases 3B/5B from July 2017 to December 2019.

Claire's previous experience includes being a Program Manager for AIR 5431 Phase 2 at Airbus Defence and Space from June 2014 to September 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Cassidian as an Executive Assistant from June 2013 to September 2015, and as a Project and Capture Manager from September 2010 to June 2013.

Claire began their career as a Systems Engineer at BAE Systems Australia from February 2008 to October 2010, and prior to that, they worked at Tenix Aerospace & Defence and Tenix Solutions in various roles including Corporate Graduate, Human-Systems Integration Engineer, and Market Analyst.

Claire Corno earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Major Programme Management from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (Hons 1st Class) degree and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Avionics) degree from RMIT University. Their studies at RMIT University focused on Aerospace Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and Computer Systems Engineering.
