Rodrigue Douchez

Rodrigue Douchez currently serves as Field Manager at HZPC, overseeing potato seed production in the Côte d'Opale region, managing 40 producers across 750 hectares with 21 varieties. Responsibilities include technical oversight of HZPC varieties, prospecting for land development, and resolving customer disputes. Previously, Rodrigue worked as a Field Representative at McCain Foods, where tasks involved providing technical support to 110 producers over 2200 hectares, managing production contracts, and purchasing potatoes from the open market. Rodrigue's career began with an internship at Bonduelle focused on the development of Conservation Agriculture practices in the Nord-Picardie region. Rodrigue holds an Ingenieur en Agriculture degree from UniLaSalle and a DUT in Biological Engineering with a specialization in Agronomy from Université de Picardie Jules Verne.
