The board of directors at I Am Boundless has a history of experience with technology, education, and advocacy. The board chair has previous experience with technology companies and education, while the other board members have experience with companies such as RealWeld Systems and Seen. One member is also district executive for the Boy Scouts of America. All members have either a degree or experience in areas such as math, computer science, political science, or social justice studies.
