Role Overview: As a Sales Support team member for the Driving for Dollars program, you will play a crucial role in our initiative. This position involves conducting neighborhood canvassing activities to identify distressed properties and potential real estate investment opportunities. You will drive through designated areas, document property conditions, and provide essential data to our acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct neighborhood surveys to identify properties with potential for acquisition.

• Document property conditions, noting signs of distress or potential investment value.

• Input accurate and detailed information into our proprietary systems.

• Maintain regular communication with the acquisition team to relay findings and updates.

• Adhere to established guidelines and protocols for data collection and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Strong drive and motivation to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data collection.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $20 per hour.
