Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer for North America at I-care Reliability Inc. since January 2020, Joel leads sales efforts for condition monitoring, reliability engineering, staff augmentation, and IIoT solutions. Previously, Joel was Vice President of Sales at Allied Reliability Group, where responsibility included establishing a new business unit and managing national sales. Earlier roles included Sales Director at Performance Consulting Associates Inc. and Director of National Sales at CTS International, highlighting a consistent track record of driving new account business and implementing strategic marketing plans. Joel holds a BA in Business Management from Curry College.
