Willy Dantas

Willy Dantas serves as the Diretor de Martech at i-Cherry since February 2016, where leadership over high-performance teams comprising data engineers, programmers, data analysts, and data scientists has resulted in significant profitability and advancements in clients' digital maturity projects. Previously, in the role of Gerente de Martech, responsibilities included developing the Martech area and implementing performance-focused processes and metrics. As Coordenador - Analytics, Willy led the Analytics and Technology team, overseeing various client projects involving technical implementation, data integration, ETL processes, dashboard creation, data analysis, and machine learning initiatives. Additional prior positions include Supervisor de Analytics at O Diário do Norte do Paraná and Coordenador de Marketing Digital at Blue Hosting. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Mobile Development from UNICV, Digital Media Planning from ESPM, an MBA in Digital Marketing from UNOPAR, and a degree in Advertising from UniCesumar.
